연구분야

 

본 연구실에서는 반도체와 빛의 상호작용 및 반도체를 이용한 광소자에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 이를 위하여 강한 발광특성을 갖는 화합물 반도체의 물성 및 공정에 대해 연구하고, 광소자 제작 및 특성 분석을 수행한다. 또한 나노 구조를 도입한 신개념의 광재료 및 광소자에 대한 연구도 수행하고 있다.
