󰏟주제 : Neutrino Oscillations and KNO

󰏟발 표 요 약 :

The discovery of neutrino oscillations shows the our incomplete understanding of the Universe and necessitate the modification of the standard model. Also the possibility of CP violation in the leptonic sector may answer the matter-antimatter asymmetry in the Universe. In the presentation, I will talk about the neutrino oscillations and how the CP violation can be measured in the neutrino oscillation. Also, I will discuss about KNO (Korean Neutrino Observatory), a large scale water Cherenkov detector for the various neutrino research.
